As I noted in the earlier post on this issue, my extensive professional experience with exactly this issue, at LRT stations, especially those with limited auto parking, or in City centers, tells me that SMART management is wrong on this one. This bike parking plan, as outlined in the story, would appear to be inadequate and poorly thought out.
