This looks to be about the insider scam artists and gullible investors, who are trying to recover their "investment", after years of playing each other off and screwing each other over. And, it would seem they are looking to those who have taken over, to somehow "pay up" to recover what they've mostly stolen or pissed away, by these previous dufus's who ran it.

It looks like a fairly flaky attempt to get the new investors to pay for the original "partners" demonstrated incompetence, malfeasance, and their investors own failed "due diligence". It's just another typical case of some dubious and dodgy con artists easily scamming gullible wealthy investors. Does that sound like a familiar story?

As Joe Friday might say to the onlookers...."nothing to see here, just move on please..........". It's not really much of a story about the RR, about which they don't seem to know much. And, the poor quality of the story (some of the comments were better informed...) is typical of this publication, which is best used to line cat boxes.
