That poor woman! If her skull really was fractured,
she certainly should sue whoever is responsible to see
to it that that station is safe for everyone to be in.

Why should that poor woman have to pay even one penny
for any of her medical bills or lost wages or anything
else she cannot do for as long as it takes for her head
to heal completely? And if she has any long-term or
permanent impairment or problems that are caused by
being hit on her head by that chunk of concrete, then
all those expenses should also be paid by whatever
organization is responsible for keeping that building
safe to be in.

Serious head injuries -- such as the one this woman
may have suffered -- often have long-lasting or even
permanent bad effects.

And it is a sad fact that lawsuits are sometimes the only
way to get some companies to fix anything. Corporations are
NOT people, and so the only thing too many corporations pay
any attention to is their bottom line -- money. Therefore
lawsuits are often the only way to get a corporation to do
the right thing.
