You are correct on the Amador 10, Drew. Mr. Morgan and a cohort tricked Sierra Pacific into donating it to them using the name of an apparently bogus 501c(3). [I saw apparently as numerous persons who have gotten the receiving agency's name from SPI have never been able to find it in the State Corporation records, leading one to conclude it is / was bogus.] Last heard, he is trying to sell it to the local preservation group.

It would not surprise me in the least that he shows up for the YV 18 auction as he had a hand in claiming monies owed on the engine.
