The railroad I worked for didn't use Pyle National makers, but Western Pacific did - albeit, the smaller model. You can see them in this Steve Sloan photo: [www.ssloan.net]

The only info I can offer is that caboose voltage was typically 12 or 32v DC. My suggestion is that you contact the WP historical society and see if they can help you.
