Errr...not steam right, since it is condensed water vapor is in the atomized liquid form. I I thought steam was technically colorless and not visible.

Most of the exhaust should be condensed steam as these fire tube boilers are an open one time pass steam plant instead of closed loop.

And yes, I do not mean the combusted smoke part of the exhaust.
