Based on recent internet postings and rumors:

2 xARR GP49
1 GP7 (Weyerhaueser-Lake County-Modoc Northern)
1 RS4TC
(Not all in service?)


Frontier bought 2 GP38-2 at the last NS auction. One might be going to Lakeview, another to ??? One was spotted on a BNSF freight out of Spokane - Frontier's or someone elses?

Frontier rumored to have ought two xMRL SD45 with one to a new Tri-Cities area operation. Did they buy three or transferring both? If SD45 is going to Lakeview will probably be restricted to former Modoc main between Alturas and Perez. Branch still has light rail and lighter grades - doesn't need heavy power.
