Bill....There has been a change on the Z-8 and Z-9's WB,, they now run Bakersfield-Richmond as a test and the EB Z's Richmond-Bakersfield, a test also....This may work right now when traffic is down, but when it picks up, I doubt it will work....There are still Stockton-Bakersfield and the drags, Stockton to Fresno....with the addition of the Amtrak trains, it has caused a lot of trains to go DOTL.....
