What really bothers me is that they are not meeting the mandate to start service, it does not have to be a perfect startup. Folks understand that there will be glitches (look at BARTS issues) and will still try the service.

It seems that not being perfect is a political requirement for those who want to use the board position to gain higher office instead of running a railroad service. BTW NWP does operate and also has had issues from time to time but their customers still use the service and it is growing.
