Totally entertainment: this article from Stereophile is Very Very Old (originally from 1987), but is interesting. Trains and sound reproduction. And really, would you WANT a sound system that could correctly reproduce a correct recording of everything from 1 to 120db sound pressure levels across the entire audio range (and even a bit outside) in your living or listening room?
