Auto parts traffic will likely increase through the Ports of LA and LB, but will go by container and truck to Baja, not rail. Movements of some US made Toyota parts may involve rail, but most likely also will be in containers, when they finally cross the border to the plant. Movements of new Toyota trucks via rail may be an outcome, as well. Thus, the Baja RR may continue to prosper, even without a connection to Seeley.

Everything F units is a big article in this quarters SP Historical publication. And, speaking of auto parts, and more specifically back in the days of APW's, there is a fantastic article on Gemco, too.
