Until the STB authorizes the abandonment of service they have to run. Woodinville wants to acquire
a couple miles, most likely for a trail but there's a permanent freight corridor designation for
the line which would make a STB authorization for abandonment a necessity before any property
could be transferred. More attorney income forthcoming.
