New Oregon Pacific power?

Quick question for those who might know...the discussion below about the UP96 caused me to go take a quick Google Earth tour of the Oregon Pacific Railroad. I note the most recent imagery available is dated 23 July 2016, and it shows an aqua blue painted EMD geep with maybe a white stripe around the carbody on one of the spurs along McBrod Avenue, south of the shops. I see no mention of such a locomotive coming onto the property in either Oregon Pacific's website or Facebook page. Is this new power for the railroad? Or something being stored for someone else?
