Ken thx for the interesting info on SSL spl cars and your experience with the Duneland.. Did the 351 and 352 lose or keep their 6 wheel trucks? Were parlor cars equipped with controls enabling them to back into terminals before departure (SN Key Pier style)? Again what service did Duneland experience and is it still on the roster? Again..anyone have a dining car menu..? Thinking of CNS&M 1940 when the best dinner was $1.00. Another question. the date the last Key train ran down Hopkins St.? and do I recall "dinkeys" like the 271 runnning out from 40th and San Pablo to Rose St or byd..or is this imagination?
