Fan trips...Like..Oakland Terminal 1000 pulling SN observation parlor car around the all key lines... .. Or IER 600 class combine pulling SP's old often used fan trip open observation car 2901 over the bridge and around all the east bay lines? Or visualize a SN fan trip with freight motor 106 pulling SN's surviving parlor cars.. the Sacramento..then the Moraga ..maybe the tail gate? could open and then the Sacramento.. A first class lash up.. 3 parlor car run. Obviously there would have been obstacles to such trips.. but probably no one thought to try these?? Too late now..
