I assume you mean the Snug Harbor Railroad, if so it was in Charleston, just outside of Coos Bay. I rode it in the winter of 1975-6. I think it was 18" gauge and the engine was a nicely proportioned 2-6-2 with Class GS-P #262 on the cab side. If I remember correctly, Charlie Hall was the owner. Somewhere around here I have a Pass from him. He gave rides on some weekends ($.25), there must have been a 1/2 mile or so of track, I can't really remember, as I was paying attention to the engine, which sounded really good! The route was through sand with beach grass on the edge of the harbor.
