All of which require money, if not authority, from Congress. The House, beyond any reasonable doubt, will remain Republican-controlled even if perhaps with a slightly smaller majority, and the Senate would be close to balance under the best of Democrat assumptions. Leading to a near-certainty that Clinton if elected would get little or nothing of consequence done that requires concurrence via House action. So these are talking points that have no real substance. Still better than anything I've heard from the other side (at least it's mostly policy-wonk buzzword compliant), but realistically meaningless.
