If I am reading the story correctly, the primary difference is in health care costs.

Boo Hoo

Reality is, from my understanding, health care costs are going up for everyone.

Where I work in California, under California law, our company is now considered a small business and as such the costs for the existing plan has increased 250%. To combat that, the insurance agency has provided options for a more restrictive HMO plan but at a cost only 18% greater than the normal HMO plan that we have in place now.
