Having lived in Marin County I can say it’s the traffic. Back when we move into Marin back in the 60’s it was a quiet town, when I left Marin in 2005 it was more like a gladiator school. I could watch up six cars running the red-light, cars swerving head-on into your lane. Being rude was the favorite past time. But that is Marin. Where they went wrong was not to build a fly over as where San Rafael is a semi bowl, so if they wanted to invest the money it could have been done, but again that’s Marin County.
