The "Travelers Rest" from the NP North Coast Limited, had a Lewis and Clark theme with a mural of the expedition route painted on leather covering the walls. There were flint-lock replica rifles. The GN Ranch cars had cowhead seats and branding irons. The CB&Q Chuck wagon cars also ran on Amtrak. Perhaps this is your memory?
