Lakeside organic is mentioned often along with other agricultural owners who, if Trail Now has it's way, would take ownership of the publicly-owned, taxpayer-purchased right of way.

The trail would be moved to the edge of the farmed property so the farmers would not have to worry about cultivating around the tracks and roadbed and would pick up free acreage.

With ownership of unneeded widths, the private "investor group" would be able to negotiate with each parcel owner up and down the line for whatever acreage isn't needed for their trail design. Millions upon millions of dollars could be had here. That's their scheme.
