If all of those lines are "operator" agreements only and they own none of the assets, but they have to maintain them all and say that all of the operations are at least BLACK (covering their own costs) where is the profit going? Can you imagine the debt service on even $30MM in loans? Just take TSR for example. They had a banner year, more riders, higher income and let go of 95% of their staff? Wait, where did that money go and why?
