Hutch~ I recall an article that was sent to me shortly after the quake and I believe it said two or three trains were isolated by the quake and landslides. It showed photos of one that they had parked mostly in one of the undamaged tunnels! Most of the tunnels survived, but I know one and a cave in in the middle of it and another was thrown about four or five feet out of alignment. Non of the train crews was injured as far as I know.
