One tank on side on the bnsf side, looks like a fail rail. This is where the santa fe(bnsf) & pacific electric(UP) switch tanks for the chevron plant in el segundo,california. This atsf local is out of watson yard.

This wye is close to "wise" crossing on douglas street where the pe goes over the atsf (with a stop sign).

500 cents says it is water related. OLD track action in this area. In fact, there is still a wig wag protecting the lead to this switch!
