2) These suburban areas and the State of Indiana have much laxer regulations concerning firearms

3) Sixty percent of the firearms recovered in Chicago crimes were first sold in other states, many of which have weaker regulations on firearms than Chicago

4) Three gun stores located in Cook County suburbs and one store in Gary, Indiana continue to be responsible for a disproportionate number of guns recovered in Chicago crimes.
