That was pretty cool to watch the online video. Thanks for posting the link event here for us RR types.
History made today with a guided return of first stage motor to its landing onto a drone ship for recovery.
I reminisce, during my school years in Santa Barbara, a sudden appearance in the sky over the Santa Ynez mountains of a rocket launching from Vandenburg AFB. That sight of smoke trailing from the rocket as it headed upward and out over the Pacific Ocean coastline was, well, evocative of a steam engine at work.
