PABCO is a competitor, so unlikely. As far as I know the USG plant at Empire, NV (near Gerlach) is still closed. I haven't heard of them salvaging it yet but as remote as it is it could happen and not be noticed. Plaster City would be the likely source, and I know they were capable of shipping hoppers 10 years ago. USG used to lease their two-bays from CEFX.
