Highway map; Oroville freeway north 7 miles on 70, right turn - staying on 70 up the hill and across the upper lever of the newer highway / railroad bridge, then over the second hill and down into the canyon to the older high bridge over the North Fork of the Feather River. I believe that the highway maintenance station on the South side of the Feather River is considered to be Pulga. UP (WP) is on the North side of the river.
