I don't think much of the Blue Streak's (or Star Pacer LABRF) traffic was interchanged to other railroads. In the days before double stacks priority freight was often handled in piggyback trailers. The term Forwarder pertains to less-than-truckload traffic that was consolidated by various brokers such as Hub or Acme.
