Union Pacific, Pendleton / Pilot Rock?

Does UP still service any industry on the Pilot Rock industrial lead? I know during the great recession there were cars stored on the line but some recent satellite imagery (2015) shows centerbeams at the lumber mill. If so does the train originate in Hinkle? Is it the same train that switches the flour mill in Pendleton?
