Not happening,

Are "these people" interested in leasing said equipment to someone that can substitute Iowa Pacific?

Corridor Capital? Anything to avoid the State of Indiana paying Amtrak astronomical fees for use of "state of good repair" equipment. IPH Hoosier State equipment set should be put to good use... Michigan?
