CZRY at least got the gorge open and actually ran freight. Baja Rail is shady and might be corrupt, but they may eventually fix things even if it involves money laundering. PIR and the Las Vegas mafia appear not wanting to run trains exept the guy they brought from the East Coast (Rohal) actually fired-up the darn things stored in Plaster City before the vandals crashed them into the gypsum plant.
With the current rockslide in the gorge on late december, current politics (let's avoid this topic please) and current lawsuits involving CZRY, Baja Rail and PIR, let's see who "wins" here with the "privilege" to repair the line.
This soap opera will eventually continue... Karma is a b!tch.
