That hole is over 6' deep! They ran a little water down it yesterday, and it got bigger (surprise!--NOT!) Lake may go over the "emergency spillway" something that has never happened, although almost did in '97 when they evacuated parts of downtown Oroville in case it happened. No one has talked about that happening this time - - - YET.
