I do have a sense of humor but it's just not funny to post someone's picture and accuse them of a serious crime. It is clearly defamatory. The person who posted it seems to realize it was a mistake to use that picture
I hope other people will be more careful what they write when posting pictures on the Internet.
It could be a very expensive mistake
