I do find that as the Prius has gotten older (the first ones appeared back around 2001) they've moved into the general used car population and tend to get driven a little harder. While not hotrods, they are about as quick as a 4-cyl Camry or Accord with automatic. Yes, they get poorer gas mileage that way, but 45 mpg at 75 mph isn't too horrible.

I think the "Prius" comment re. the Chargers is more with the styling than the operation. Besides, they're diesel-electric but not hybrids (no traction battery).
