Stand by to be corrected !! (grin) Did you read my comments which appear right after yours at Time 1341 ? You're RIGHT-- it never was electrified up the steep climb beyond Freighthouse Square. But it WAS electrified SOUTH of Freighthouse square to the official LARGE passenger station. That means across the S-curved trestle currently being demolished.
The STATION you are referring to, on the Tideflats, came much later in the Milwaukee's history !
