A book that has needed to be published. Overall a good book but does suffer somewhat from some bad cropping, some muddy reproductions and inclusion of too many non-Oklahoma photos. I had access to many of his negatives when I printed his favorite 10 photos for Trains magazine. I also helped produce a B&W slide show for a Santa Fe Modelers Convention. He took fantastic photos in Oklahoma and this book offers a glimpse of the steam era in the Sooner state. Buy it. You won't be sorry.
