Amtrak 115 in Tacoma Rail yard

Driving by Tacoma Rail today saw Amtrak #115 and the Tacoma Rail passenger cars very close, but not connected to #115.

Anyone share what #115 is doing in the TR Yard? Getting serviced or was TR using #115 to pull the passenger cars? The cars were not in the normal parked spot in front of TR office.
