Migawd, the neighbors there on Foothill have monitered the trainloads and the truckloads for years and raised appropriate levels of hell-------does it take fewer truckloads of coke than cars of coal to keep the place running? I recall some years back when the people at the plant wanted to fire the kilns with old tires in a "sealed" chamber and they trucked the tires in and the neighbors "caught wind" pardon the pun that they were gonna burn tires and raised the usual hell and that ended that plan.
