Huntington is in Oregon (not by much), and I think it lost its railroad town status maybe in the 1970s when crew districts were extended. There is still a local that works out of there that used to turn or overnight at LaGrande, but now usually turns at the cement plant near Durkee.

Yes there is a meth problem in the region, but I doubt it is any worse than the cities. Sumpter now has two pot shops open, but doubt they'll get near the Idaho tourists.
