Excellent shot, Steve; you must have waited for the elusive one-hour-of-March sun. Whose helicopter did you borrow? :)
It looks too early to tell how they are going to extend the 'Coast Starlight compatible' platform east. Perhaps it will 'hang off' of the north side of the new bridge, when complete.
