They have money, they have real customers, they appear to have a management that is making investments and serving those customers, and they have a business plan that makes some sense, in providing rail terminal services to one of the largest urban centers, in Mexico. All things that the PIR crew largely seemed to lack..........

I don't think they care much about the east end, unless they cam find some "real" customer base (aggregate maybe????). They do need the connection to the LOSSAN by which they can access the BNSF and UP vis interchange. not expect much change. I'd leave the rest to the museum to use for tourist operations.
