It comes out of Watsonville? Why? That means cars intended for Hollister have to be hauled down to Watsonville (assuming most come out of Roseville); then they have to be hauled back to Gilroy; then run around and head back to Hollister (I don't think the junction is a wye, is it?). Or do they just back all the way to Hollister (unlikely I think)? Awful lot of back n forth there, and the crawl through Chittenden Pass is probably no quicker than the run from San Jose at 55 or so. Oh well, we don't expect efficient service from UP do we ...
