Don't be so hard on the guy. He's just giving us a friendly, informal heads-up. Like he said there will be no official announcement until a few weeks before the date.
With all the real problems in the world to get mad about, why do you choose to get mad about a steam train announcement by someone trying to be helpful? It's just a train for Pete's sake.
