Ozark is a broker and does not own any of the rail equipment they sell. They are a very reputable business and without out doubt makes arrangements for the sale of more private cars than other company in the US. I understand the sale is after the cars meet all there current charter obligations.

On a personal note if the cars are sold I will miss following their travels across the country. California Zephyr Rail Services is the gold standard for rail charter companies.
