Yes, it was the late "Jim 'Buggs' Brugerre" ... The same guy who piloted the Nevada Copper Belt car # 21 (the YERINGTON) over both CCT and SN trackage on railfan excursions. About the only guy around who knew how to operate it !
As far as 'Heirs" are concerned-- I don't really know !
