Trump-Putin Bering Strait Tunnel Agreement

Moscow, April 1, 2017

It was announced today that Russia and the United States have agreed to finance and build a railway tunnel under the Bering Strait to connect the two countries. In preparation the U.S. and Canada will convert to 5 foot gauge. Mexico will not be allowed to change gauge.
