50 cal rifles are banned in this state. I imagine most of the rifles seized were not in compliance with current CA laws.
Funny how we can't use lead bullets (and get searched by DFG) in the name of the enviroment, but these pot growers somehow get a pass, because there is little money and law enforcement does not want to deal with the toxic clean up (per the OP's article)
