AP's TT #20

Is there anyone in the know that can answer this question:

Are the radio frequencies listed inside of the AP TT #20 handbook all still in use and if not, which ones have changed and/or replaced? I'm asking because since the publication of TT #20, there has been no other TT produced. Granted cell phone use has likely replaced the use of the various PBX frequencies and/or repeaters, but are all of the road channel and/or the switching frequencies listed for any one of the railroads the TT #20 covered still valid and used daily?

And of the various road channels in use, which ones are set for narrow band use?

Is the 12.5 kHz or the 2.5 kHz "step" used if the frequency is setup and used as a narrow band frequency?

Are there any new frequencies in use and if yes, what are they?
