There is such a plethora of "factual evidence" on the shortcomings, miss-steps, amazing waste, internal machinations, and political intrigues concerning the CHSRA "comedy" that I would think it would be more than enough to keep us all well "entertained", with this "tragic" taxpayer financed CHSRA fiasco (and potential HBO mini series...?), without any need at all to pull these fantasmagorical conspiracy theories out of the usual orifice........
